Timings: All times are local time

Passports: All passengers MUST be in possession of a PASSPORT as this is a Ryan Air flight. This is most important, exceptions cannot be made.

Religious Service:Time will be made available on Sat night or Sunday morning.

Accommodation: We will be staying at the Novotel Hotel in Ieper.

Dress: The weather in May should be pleasant; therefore casual dress is in order. Jacket and Tie to be worn for the Menin Gate ceremony.

Head Gear, Medals & Decorations: We will parade formally at the Menin Gate to lay a wreath on behalf of all the Irish soldiers who fell in WW1. Headgear, Medals & Decorations to be were worn.
