With the growth of interest in Ireland's contribution to WW1 and WW2 it has been decided to join forces with an established tour company. Lee Travel in Cork in conjunction with Military Heritage Tours will now become the leading Irish battlefield tour company dealing with the Irish contribution to The Great War and World War Two. Military Heritage Tours and Lee Travel will now be in a position to deal with this surge in interest and will be extending the programme to deal with school tours, family groups and specialist tours.


EDUCATIONAL TOURS

School tours for Transition Year, Leaving Cert etc will be available. These programmes will ensure that tours are both educational and enjoyable. University History Departments will also be catered for and particular programmes can be tailored to suit exact needs. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries about our programmes.


FAMILY GROUPS
We will continue to cater for family groups. If you have a relative whose grave or memorial you wish to visit, we will organise this for you.


SPECIALIST SERVICES OFFERED

We will identify the grave or inscription where your relative is remembered. We may be able to obtain the fallen soldier's Service Record and his unit's Regimental Diary. We may also if requested organise replacement medals that were awarded to your fallen relative, if the originals are not available.We will bring you to the relevant grave or memorial and organise a wreath laying. We will also organise a wreath laying at the Island of Ireland Peace Park at Messines and attend the Menin Gate Ceremony."
